  5. Stamper is a Windows 3.1 shareware utility that makes time and date
  6. stamping files quick and easy.

  14. There is no installation required, other than copying STAMPER.EXE to
  15. any directory on your system where Windows can find it.

  17. See the manual for instructions on how to use Stamper, plus some
  18. suggestions on ways you can use the program.

  20. This copy of Stamper is a fully function evaluation copy.  The
  21. registration fee for Stamper is $10US.  Registered users will receive
  22. the current version of the program, without the registration reminder,
  23. plus technical support.
